Step One: Sign Our Policies & Procedures

Our policies and service agreement go over everything you can expect from us as your trusted pet care provider and in turn, what is expected of you as our client. Step Two: Create and Complete Your Client Portal

Our client portal is our encrypted online hub where we gather all of your information to provide the best possible care. Skipping pen and paper ensures your information is secure, protected, and that nothing ever slips through the cracks πŸ˜‰ 

Through your client portal you will be able to input information such as: your emergency contact, vet info, pet care instructions, put in service requests, make payments and so much more. Images are shown below to help guide you, but we promise you the process is quite straightforward.

Step Three: Email us Three Dates & Times For Our Meet & Greet

After steps one and two are fully completed, please email us three different dates and times when you would be available to schedule a Meet & Greet. Please note Meet & Greets will not be scheduled until all of the information above is completed. We also require a refundable $15 registration fee due at our consultation.

*During busy periods or for last minute registrations, we may instead give you a set of dates when we are available to meet with you. For these times, our availability will be sent to you along with your New Client Registration email.
