Toby's Pet Care requires a key at the initial Meet & Greet to have access to your home during the scheduled services. For your convenience, most clients choose to leave a key with us for future bookings. Having a key on file with Toby's Pet Care ensures that you can easily make future bookings without having to schedule a key pick up and drop off service. All keys on file are unmarked with any information that could be linked back to you or your home. Keys are kept locked away when not in use.

The only information that each key is marked with is your pet's name. In the rare instance that your key was ever lost or stolen, no one would know who "Buddy" or "Baley" is.

We value your protection and that is primarily why we use a high tech online scheduling system. This means all of your information is kept confidential and secure. There is no paper trail with home addresses, gate codes, or security codes.

Toby's Pet Care is also fully bonded and insured, and all new clients receive a copy of our insurance information at the Meet & Greet.

What is a Key Pick Up & Drop Off service?

For clients who choose not to keep a key on file, we offer our Key Pick Up & Drop Off service. This is a scheduled service in where we come to your home to deliver a key after services are completed or to pick up a key prior to when services are to start. The fee for this service is $10 each way and is added to your total invoice.

Why do we charge for this service?

Please note that since we have to make two additional trips to pick up and return keys for clients who opt not to keep them on file, the fee associated with this service helps cover our gas and travel time.
